Paid consults are responded to within 2–4 hours. If your consultation goes unanswered, we’ll refund your payment in full.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored securely, and we follow HIPAA compliance for data security. Only you and your doctor can access your consultation.

Yes. Paid consultations include unlimited follow-ups for 3 days from the consultation. For free e-consults, follow-up is valid for 1 day.

If the doctor cannot provide a definitive diagnosis without seeing you in person—or if it’s an emergency—they may defer the consultation and suggest in-person care.

Yes, a full refund is available if you feel the consultation didn’t meet your expectations. Email us with details, and we’ll review it with the doctor and take the next steps.
